Using the snapshot tool

I need to use the snapshot tool to copy and paste parts of a doc into another. It lets me take the snapshot, but there is no paste option when I get to the second doc. I have tried going to paint and getting it from the clipboard, but paste is just not an option when I get to the doc I want to paste in. The select text tool works, but it doesn't paste exactly as it looked in the original document, and that is what I need. I am using Version:2.0 (build 39.2).

Hello azkmc,

I would recommend an update to the latest build as the first thing to do:

As the one you currently use is rather old.

If it's still not letting you paste in the second document after the update - then please check the file for security restrictions, as if your file has restrictions for e.g. modifying the document - our Viewer will not let you paste anything in it without the Author's password.

That helped, but now when I go to print, the print properties screen is huge, and I can't see all the options. It is fine in other programs. Any suggestions?
