Hello
I am looking to replace Adobe Acrobat Reader. I have a program that builds a PDF programmatically using iTextSharp in .NET. The generated PDF is displayed inline on the web browser. The PDF has a submit button at the bottom and some hidden fields. The submit button then proceeds to send the XFDF data to another web page as a submit which saves it in the database. Well the issue I have is that when I press the Submit button, this pops up:
I thought I read that PDF XChange Viewer can handle form submission.. Can someone tell me what could be the problem? I have version 2.5.197
Any help would greatly be appreciated as I have many companies I am working with looking for an Adobe Acrobat Reader alternative. Thanks

support for form submit actions is to be included in V3 of the Viewer expected to be available later in the Autumn, it is not supported in the current build that you are using.

Hi Paul
Thanks! Let me know ASAP as I said, a bunch of my clients are tired of the pop up question mark screen that Adobe is giving them on not only my app but a bunch of sites at random times. Would love to get rid of Reader for something more lightweight and stable.
