Freezing while importing files or creating comments

Hi.

I am getting very disapointed with this program.
Thought it would be the most awesome one, but each time I try to import some pages from an other file (to create a new one), the program freezes.
Or if I put too many comments, it also freeze (and without back-up saving, which is horrible).

I can't give futher information as I don't receive any message from the program about this problem.

Please, can anyone help me?

Hi katriik,

Can you please supply us with the following information to help expedite a resolution to your issue:

1) In the Viewer goto Help->About and let me know the full product Version & build number you are using

2) Your Windows Version and whether it is 32 or 64 bit architecture.

3) zip and attach the pdf files and instructions on which pages from which file you are trying to insert into a new document and the file that freezes when adding comments, please identify the copies of the pdfs sent and provide intstructions on what you exactly did so that we can recreate the behaviour here and forward it on to our Development team if required.
