Hi Guys,
Any idea why the annotations on the attached pdf in zip are not rendering properly?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Invisible Annotations
Hi,
I see no difference in the annotations in PDF-X Viewer and Adobe and you dont specify specifically what the problem is - or what you expect to to see ?
Maybe a screen-shot of what you expect to see and what you actually see would help - and please ensure you are using the latest build - because all looks good to me in build 199 ...

If posting files to this forum - you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded - thank you.

Re: Invisible Annotations
Sorry for not being more specific. When you open the document and open the comments pane, the comments pane list 4 annotations on page 1. If you click each item in the list you will see that only the fourth one is actually visible. The other three just show the bounding box for the annotation. Now if you try and resize any of those 'invisible' ones, then they appear. I just tried this in the latest editor and got the same behaviour.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Invisible Annotations
I guess the issue is with used blend modes for these annotations.

Is there a fix pending for these annotation types?

Re: Invisible Annotations
Hello docu-track99,
The first three annotations are with a "color" blend mode selected - and this is causing them to be "invisible" - please try changing that - and they should properly appear. The file is secured so I could not attempt that at my end.
Best,
Stefan

Re: Invisible Annotations
Ok thanks, we will ask our client to try that. Any idea why adobe reader behaves differently and shows them?

Hi guys - ignore last post - we now see what the problem is, not further response is needed.
Thanks for all your help.
