XFA Formular isn't working

I already know that the new version v3 first fully supports xfa forms.
We have a form from a customer (not developed by us) that works basically with version 2.5.xxx but have a strange behavior.
I want to ensure that it will work with the new version and hope they will be released in near future.
We have ~100 users which uses this form and don't want to install Adobe Reader on their clients.

The problem is when you opening the form the first field is an ID field.
(The form is stripped down and data is removed)
The content of the field is shown and if you enter data in the next field it is hidden.
When some of the fields are not filled out the id's are not assigned in correct order (this prohibits the import of the data).

Can you have a look at it?

The problem with the ID seems to be solved with new version (works the same as Acrobat Reader does) but the xml data still can't be imported.
I don't know what the exactly problem is because I have no xsl or test program to verify the data.
(Also our customer can't comprehend what is the root problem)
I only see in Adobe Reader xml there are a lot of empty xml tags more than in PDFXchange Viewer (but I don't know if it is the problem).
Do you have any ideas how to find out the problem?

Is there a roughly estimation for V3?
Are you planing a beta program?
