I read the https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... c94#p52549. My system is also Win 2K, but the problem is different:
PDFXChange Viewer Free version 2.5.198 installation, before the splash screen, indicated that it coukd not find the entry point for GetNativeSystemInfo in KERNEL32.dll (KERNEL31.dll is 5.0.2195.7006). The installation ran without other indications of a problem.
2.5.195 installation did not display this message before the splash screen.
Both versions were set as default & display in browser and installed without Live Update, Languages, IE Addin.
Invoked from the OS & trying to Export to image, both versions are immediately shut down by Windows with an Access Violation error (C00...05) recorded in the error log.
I have tried TIFF, PNG & JPG and all export options are default.
Windows 2000 Pro Update 4 with Update Rollup 1
Turning off AVG antivirus & Comodo firewall make no difference
Ideas or WAG's?
Regards

Hello Daiwe,
Our developers asked me to create a ticket for this problem:
#1273: Another Export to Image Crash problem
As they identified a problem on our side that needs to be fixed.
We will post here in this topic as soon as there are any further news on this.
Best,
Stefan

Re: Another Export to Image Crash problem
Hello Daiwe,
We tried to reproduce the problem but failed. We tried with versions of IE 6.0 and up (ver6 is no longer supporteb even by Microsoft themselves) and the current latest build of our Viewer (2.5.199).
Can you please try with a modern browser and the latest build of our products and report whether this problem still happens at your end?
Best,
Stefan
