Others can't open annotated pdf files

Others can't open annotated pdf files
I am able to annotate PDF files with PDF Viewer, but when files are sent to others, they can't open the file. I'm using Windows 7. Any ideas as to resolution to this problem?

There was a bug in build 2.5.198 of our Viewer that caused annotations created with our Viewer to not be correctly displayed in all other PDF Viewing applications. The solutions is to update to the current latest build 2.5.200 - and then resave the files.
If there is any file that still has problems after resaving - please try to export all comments to a data file, then delete all comments from the original document, and import them anew from the data file created - this will correct all errors caused by build 198 and you can then save the file and send it to anyone to see.
