PowerPoint Page Borders not functioning

Hmm.. this might not be the right forum but lets try.

With PDF-XChange 4.0 and PowerPoint, if I choose for example "Printer Properties and Layout:n-UP, Page Per Sheet:4 pages, Print Pages Borders:yes", it shows the borders on yellow preview picture but does not include then in the actual file. How could this issue be solved?

Ps. I do not want to create the file using Handout -option because it shrinks the slides too much.

It sounds to me like you are using the PDF-XChange Viewer to print a PDF that already exists. I'm not sure where the Powerpoint component fits in however...

Can I get you to send the PDF you are trying to print, a screen shot of that Print Preview and a scan out the printed output please?

So what I am doing is (as I want to create a PDF file for my students); I am in the powerpoint (2010) , I chooce File-Print and choose PDF-XChange 4.0 as my printer. And then go to printer properties etc.

in the attached file on the left what I do and want, on the right what i get...

thanks for sending that. I see that you are also dealing with Jamie through email. He has asked you to supply the PowerPoint file you are converting so we can take a look at converting it here with the settings you want.

So please either wait for Jamie's email reply (he's on lunch right now) or post your PowerPoint file here and I'll try it.

we got the sample and took a look. My developers say that this is a bug and that it will be fixed for build 201. There is a ticket related RT#1386: n-up border not printing.
