typewrite problem on pdf

When I use the typewrite on an existing pdf document, the text I typed in shows as boxes on my printed page - please help. This feature worked fine before I upgraded and paid for this product

This is a bug in build 200 of our Viewer. We will fix it in build 201.
For the moment please do save and close your file first, then open it - and print it straight away. This should produce a correctly printed result.

I downloaded and tested the free version which did not have this 'bug'. Then I paid $74 for a full version which does not work? And you new it did not work, yet you did not tell me this. I am very disappointed since this feature is the main reason that I bought this product. Saving the file and re-opening each time is a major problem since I do not want to save the changed file.

Please advise on how I can receive a refund since you sold me a known defective product.

At the time when you were testing - you did so with an older build of our Viewer - that didn't have this bug.
At the time we released build 200 - we were not aware of the problem either - it was discovered later.

As I said before - we will fix this - and you will receive the fix for free.
In the mean time you can download and install build 199 if you wish:
