Printing to PDF--Xchange from Excel 2010

Post by sberei »

I have Windows 64bit and am printing from Excel 2010 to PDF Xchange4. When I do this several of the graphs from Excel have gaps in them in the final PDF output. Is there possibly a setting I am missing?

Hello sberei,

You have used a rather old build of our printing drivers for this conversion (build 184 which is over a year old) - we have released quite a few builds since - and the current one is 4.0.201 - please try updating to this one:

And if the problem still persists - please do also attach the original excel file for us to test.

Best,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the reply. I get PDF xchange through my company so I probably cannot upgrade.

I can't seem to attach the Excel file. Each time I get the file and click "Add the File" it says it's uploading, but never does. It's 66MBs. Any suggestions to get it uploaded?

Thanks,
steve

Hello steve,

Unfortunately the file size limit is 5MB per attachment, and also you will need to archive that first - as the forums will only accept archive formats or PDF documents as attachments.

An alternative is if you can upload it at some file sharing service and post the link here for us to download it.

As you say you are in a company - maybe the system administrators could update the installation on your machine.

Best,
Stefan

Thanks Stefan. I think I'll wait for now and see if we may be able to get upgraded on the latest Xchange version.

Steve
