Take a look at the attached file. When it is opened in the ViewerAX it displays a page that says
"For the best experience, open the PDF portfolio in Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X, or later"
What's up with this? Does it contain objects/features that ViewerAX can't handle? What should I tell my user?
Thanks.

Re: Open in Adobe X Message
Hi Jeff,
There are no attachments to your post (make sure to .zip them before uploading and that they aren't larger than 5MB).
But this kind of message is usually displayed in PDF portfolios. For now the Viewer is not able to display the same "welcome screen" adobe does - and as such these files show that built in message.
Please advise your users to take a look at this KB article:
I have a problem with opening a PDF Portfolio
And once v3 of the Viewer is released - it should have full support for portfolio files - and this kind of message will no longer appear at all.
Best,
Stefan
