You have implemented a way to set PDF X-Change Viewer default UI language using Property VDEFLANGID in MSI-package. That's a great feature. There is, however, a small typo in the Registry table which renders this feature inoperative.
HKLM\Software\Tracker Software\PDFViewer\International\LocalID
should be
HKLM\Software\Tracker Software\PDFViewer\International\LocaleID
(See row 'regC0E72D9DE8BDD0055178CA1B0C5E308F' in regisrty table of PDFXCPro_x86.msi or PDFXCPro_x64.msi.)
