I choose Multiple documents and not Tabbed documents. There is only 1 window of Pdf-xchange viewer if I open several documents. I think it should be window for each of those documents, right?
One more little thing :p, can I use pen tool to write just 1 dot in my document? I can draw with pen but I can not put a dot.
In the General Settings in the Viewer preferences where you turned off tabbed documents, go to the bottom Application section and check the Allow Multiple Instances. This will open each PDF in it's own instance of the Viewer.
Yes the pen tool will not draw a dot with a single click, it requires a tiny movement to place the dot, I will discuss this with our development team and see if a single click dot is something they can add to a future build.
Best,
Chris
If posting files to this forum - you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded - thank you.
Oh, I have another problem, pdf-xchange does not display an "x" in the document I am viewing (the doc is "Computere Organization and Design - The Hardware and Software Interface 3ed", page 211/689 for example, at the line with an equation). Can I fix it??
If it is the close button shown on my screenshot - then simply go to Edit -> Preferences -> General and check the Show close button for each tab option.
Best,
Stefan

Hi, that works.
Another problem I mentioned is that the document is not displayed correctly. This one is larger than 2mb so I cannot upload here, should I send it by email???
I thought the problematic "x" is the one for closing the current tab. If you can make screenshots of what is not correctly displayed - and explain what it should look like (or show another screenshot from another application that displays it correctly) - we would be happy to check that again.
The file you uploaded (a few posts above) does not display any comments/annotations on page 211 in neither our Viewer not Adobe's Reader.

Oops, I am sorry about making you misunderstood what is "x" about
I meant "x" as "multiplication".
Here I have taken 2 screenshots, one from PDF-XChange and one from Foxit Reader. (page 212/689 in the book I mentioned above)
Sorry for disturbing you guys!

This looks like a font issue. When a font is not embedded our Viewer tries to find a substitute from the fonts available in Windows. This is not always successful, but we are working on improving these substitute algorithms for v3 of the Viewer to be released on 31 May.
