Office paste special disable :oops:

Hi,
is anybody know why and how to solve this problem ?
After Pdf xchange viewer installation, paste special in office is disabled, options disappear.
When I uninstall Pdf xchange and reboot, paste special in office is enabled.
I need as Pdf xchange viewer as office paste special, and I think I am not the only one with this problem.

Is the "Paste special" you are refering to when you try to copy text from a PDF document and paste it in MS Word or is the "paste special" gone completely?

If it's the first case - then I am afraid that there is nothing we can do about it for now - we do not copy text with formatting information in the clipboard but just plain text - so Paste special from withing our Viewer to word won't work.

And if it's the second case - this is something we have not see until now and would ask you to share as much info about your system as possible so that we can try to reproduce it here.

it's the second case. After Pdf xchange installation, when I work on Excel or Word, I copy something on it, and when I want to paste it, there is no more special paste in office application.
My system is Windows 64 pro sp1 on a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge 11 with office 2010 64 version14.0.4734.1000

It seem that there is a bug with google chrome too.
I have successfully install Pdf xchange and having special paste working in office. But it still not working is I open goole chrome before the office apps.

I am really confused........

I'm not sure what we can do here. We are not able to reproduce the issue. Paste as spoecial works for us despite having the Viewer installed. I'm not so sure this is actually caused by PDF-XChange Viewer itself.
