error trying to copy some words that are hightlighted

The image explain pretty much everything,but this happens to only one book i have read so far.
And how can i disable the toolbar at the bottom which there is nothing but a word ready??

And welcome to our forums. Just to be sure - could you please confirm that you have installed and are usng the latest build of our Viewer (2.5.201), and if you are - could you please attach a sample file to this topic, so that we can try and reproduce your problem with selecting this text.

Yes its the latest version,but i can't provide the sample file because im using the free version.

You can attach the PDF document as long as you know it's file path. You do not need any version of any product (other than your web browser) to attach a file to these forums.

this problem seems getting nowhere,i don't think attach the whole book is legitimate. Anyway thanks for your reply.

I am afraid that without a sample we won't be able to help much, but you could extract just one page from your document, and I believe it will be OK to upload that to the forums - as it won't be the whole book and will be used for testing purposes only.
