NewDocumentFromRTF does not show header or footer from RTF

The method (NewDocumentFromRTF) for opening RTF files does not show header or footer from RTF file like MSOffice or LibreOffice does. I attached a example of RTF file (7z compressed) for your verification.

I have confirmed that the method does not include the header; will check with the developers of this product and see if there's a way to remedy this.

It turns out that this version of RTF import does not support headers; you can use the PDFXchange driver to print this document from word to PDF, or Office2PDF for batch conversions. To accomplish this in a programmatic way, you can use the driver API.

This will be change for V3 of PDFXChange ActiveX? Conversions using MSOffice or Libreoffice are too slow and memory consuming...

I would have to check with the other developers to confirm this, but yes, this feature will likely be in version 3 but we will not be adding it to version 2.5.

there is a formal feature request related to this: RT#1493: NewDocumentFromRTF does not show header or footer from RTF so we can be confident that this will happen and most likely in the initial V3 release I believe.
