change support mail address to a local helpdesk?

We are using the free version of the viewer in a small company, and we sometimes
have corrupted PDF files because of an issue in Seamonkey, a program we also use.
It has happened a few times that users clicked the button to file an issue with
the PDF viewer (mail to pdfxview@tracker-software.com), where there really is
no issue at all with the viewer.
Is it possible to configure the mail address somewhere, so we could change it to
our own helpdesk which can first investigate the problem and then forward the
mail to pdfxview@tracker-software.com only when warranted? We don't want to
burden you people with problems that aren't your fault.

I see no reason why we cannot do this - I will ask the development team to look at this for Version 3 - if not sooner in version 2.5x

Ok, I intended to ask if this was already possible (by editing some registry key I presume),
but if you want to take it as a feature request that is fine too.
No high priority, we are not bombarding you with bug reports it seems.
(maybe 4 in the past months)

Its not currently a variable I believe - so is not located in the registry - but hard coded in the application code as far as I am aware.

But for sure we will look to do this as soon as possible - thanks for your patience.
