Hovering on text fields

I have created a form in Acrobat X Pro and I am running into a problem that I am hoping someone can resolve.

A text field was created and I have changed the box properties to my specifications.
Under General Tab
Name: "Name of Field"
Tooltip: Nothing is in this box

When I am using Acrobat, I don't see text when I hover over a box.
When I am using PDF-XChange Viewer at work, it shows the "name" text when hovering.
I don't want all hovers to be shown. Can I be specific on what fields of text I can allow? I have built a tooltip for a few of them.

Is there any way to fix this? I don't want the end user to see all the labels for each text box when filling in the form.

Thanks for your post. You cannot change the tooltip message of the text box with the current version of PDF-XChange Viewer but we are planning to include this feature in version 3.
