Hi,

The PDF-XChange Viewer has no such option as any file already being viewed within the PDF-XChange Viewer is a PDF already ...

However - if you own a license to the PF-XChange Viewer - you also have the option to downlaod and install PDF-XChange Lite - this install a Virtual printer to allow you to create new PDF files from alternative formats (such as MS .Doc files etc) from any windows application - simply choose the 'file -> Print' option from the Host application and print to PDF-XChange Lite and a PDF file will be created.

PDF-XChange Standard and PRO also include Office application 'add-ins' with toolbar 'Create' PDF options available and extended setting and output options.

Hope that helps.

Or, just do File, Save As to save the current PDF with a new name or in a new folder, perhaps with any comments that you have added. Normally, if you open a PDF in your browser, it will be in a temporary downloads folder and may be deleted if you clean up your browser's cache.
