PDF-XChange Viewer (pro) printing blank for all pages.

Anyone run into an issue when printing, all pages are blank? I can convert to image and it prints, but I lose searchable text. I've tried with a xerox driver 64/32bit and using bullzip pdf printer. Same results. xchange version 2.5 (build 203.0)

Please update to build 204 - and if you still have problems - a before and after sample would be appreciated.

I upgraded to 204 and still the same result. I e-mailed the sample page and system info through the "report a problem" option under the help menu.

• Bullzip pdf printer version
• Operating System version and architecture (32/64 bit)
• Did you try with the XChange Print Driver or this happens only with Bullzip and Xerox printer?
• Xerox printer model and drivers version numbers
• Also, did you update to the last version of Xerox drivers? Is the issue produced with the latest drivers?
• Does the issue happens with a specific file or any file? If the former is the case, could you send us the file?

Bullzip pdf printer version
A:Bullzip PDF Printer 8.2.0.1406

Operating System version and architecture (32/64 bit)
A: tested on both

Did you try with the XChange Print Driver or this happens only with Bullzip and Xerox printer?
A: Both, however xchange driver converted it to image automatically.

Xerox printer model and drivers version numbers
A: Xerox ColorQube 9201 PCL6

Also, did you update to the last version of Xerox drivers? Is the issue produced with the latest drivers?
A: Latest. Tried PCL and PostScript

Does the issue happens with a specific file or any file? If the former is the case, could you send us the file? Specific file: Set sample to e-mail.

Thank you for the information and the file provided.
I tested with BullZip and I was able to reproduce the blank page.
Bug fix request was issued with ticket #1594.

One temp solution/work around you could try whilst we look into this ...

You could print as an image and then use our PDF-XChange Viewers FREE OCR function to add back in the text searchable layer ...
