I have a PDF (containing graphic pages) which I ran through the OCR function of PDF-XChange.
I then added a lot of comments (mainly using the Typwriter Tool/Text Box Tool). Some of these comments were also made in Preview (Apple Mac's own pdf/doc viewer program).
In PDF-XChange I exported the comments, re-ran the OCR function, and then imported the comments. They all appear on the right pages but they all appear with a solid blue border and solid blue fill. I can go through them one-by-one and change the properties. This will be time consuming.
Is it possible to avoid this problem altogether or to change the border/fill properties of all the comments (or a selection)?

Re: Importing comments - changed appearance
Hi Victor,
Could you please provide a sample file before and after the OCR with the comments showing this blue background?
Also are you using build 2.5.206 of our Viewer and were you using an older one before when making some of the comments?
Best,
Stefan

Stefan,
Can I send the files offline - what email address should I use?
