Hi!
I have licensed PDF-XChange 4 Pro. When I extracting a page from document in PDF-Viewer, and than trying to save this page in a file, i getting a round stamp "PDF-XChange Viewer / Click to buy NOW! ...".
How to disable this stamp?

Please make sure that you are not trying to e.g. use your V4 license key with our V5 products, and if you are sure this is not the case - please e-mail your license (or order number) to support@pdf-xchange.com and we would assist further.
Make sure to NOT post your license key here in these public forums or we will have to deactivate it.

Please send you serial and a sample PDF file with the trial watermarks to the support email address (do not post here as mentioned already) in Stefan's post;
the correct email is ; support@pdf-xchange.com
Whether you have a V4 or V5 pro serial is not relevant - as both are valid in the Viewer PRO and should work ok if they are for the full PDF-XChange PRO bundle (beginning PXP4 or PXP50)
We will then check and advise
