Page Thumbnails Only?

Is there any way to just show the Page Thumbnails window without showing any of the main page window?

We have a lot of users that scan documents to PDF and then just want a full window thumbnail view to reorder pages. Currently, I can show the Page Thumbnails view and try to move the splitter as far over to the right as I can, but you can't fully get rid of the main page window.

I need a way in code to automate this view.

If not possible now, can this be a feature in the new big release?

Hi Jeff,

I don't know that any new features will make it into the final Gold release, the pressure is on enough already to get in there what is already comitted to.

It's an interesting idea however and I've added it to the wishlist so it may be something that we come back to in future.

I'll also ask one of the development team to comment on if this may be practical to code in your app with the current SDK.

No way for this in current version. But you will be able to do it with our new version of SDK...

About the new SDK, I see I can get the pre-release candidate now. But I was going to wait until the official candidate. Your website says end of January. Is this still looking realistic.

Do you advise waiting or at least getting started with the pre-release candidate.

Hi Jeff,

the current release is end user only and we expect the gold release of this to be late Feb/Early March as a best estimate - once this is done we can prepare the SDK versions - until then I am afraid it is not prepared in anyway for developer use
