Can't view Password protected file

I have received a password protected file (with password) and can open the file in my PDF-X Pro v4.0.210 but all the pages display the message "This files has expired 20-02-15". The Queen's English it's not. Regardless, the file will display in Adobe Reader.

Is there an ability for PDF-X to read these types of files?

Thanks for the sample, but without the password we won't be able to check it - so can you send that to us as well (with an e-mail to support@pdf-xchange.com and a link back to this topic).

Also have you tried the PDF-X Editor's Beta:

Password was in the file attachment comment (16411).

No, I haven't tried the beta version. While I recognize their value I usually shy away from them and wait for the production versions. In this case I'll take a peek at it and see what it can do.

Amendment: I installed the Beta 3.0 (Build 280.0) and the pages still don't display anything other than the previously stated message.

Apologies for not noticing the PW earlier!
And I am afraid that the Editor is also showing the "This file has expired" on all but the first page.
I will check with our devs now for why this is happening and what we can do to fix that.

My colleagues from the dev team have done some preliminary check on your file and have asked me to make a ticket in our internal system:
#1796: Viewer/Editor: Issues with displaying the pages in this file.
So that we can follow on this problem properly and fix it. We will post back here when we have any further news.
