we have the licensed version of PDF Xchange.
when we try to export a PDF file with photos in them the resulting JPG file always is unusable (we haven't tried without photos since that isn'w what we need). two different programs including the latest version of irfanview says the file is damaged.
any ideas out there.
this is a 100% occurring issue. all attempts at exporting various files fail
Xchange standard export to JPEG produces corrupt files

Hi ausencomike,
Thanks for the post and welcome to the forums!
I can't seem to replicate this my end - could you send a copy of the PDF? Also, what Version of Windows are you using?

I can't duplicate the probelm on my computer with the same file that doesn't work on the users computer. I am wondering if the program itself needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hi ausencomike,
This is definitely odd - Could you have them try exporting to another image format, such as a PNG? I'd like to see whether or not it is specific to the image format.
Also, the re-installation could help, so definitely give it a try!
Let me know how this goes!

Also please confirm you are using the Editor and not the Viewer for clarification

Re: Xchange standard export to JPEG produces corrupt files
we do have the PRO version
we were able to get around the issue by switching from 12bpp to 8bpp. we will see if that causes any limitations to the output in our projects
