congrats for the new Editor !

I have a problem with this PDF file:

New-Bulldozer-and-Piledriver-Instructions.pdf

The text is just partially visible ...

Hi Greenhorn,

there is a problem in the Editor with specific kind of fonts (embedded TrueType font with Symbol flag set in the font descriptor). We are aware of this problem and a developer is on task to address this.

There is a support ticket (internal only) relating to this: RT#1840: Text is displayed curled or just partially

It should be corrected for the next build.

Did I understand right, that I'm able to upgrade now via eMail ?
I have a valid PDF X-Change PRO 4 license from August 2011.

Hi Greenhorn,

Thanks for the post - with a Version 4 license, you can upgrade to a Version 5 license, which should be valid for the Editor, by logging into your account and, if you have active maintenance, clicking the "Get free serial" button. If you don't have active maintenance, then you will have to purchase an upgrade - as an existing license holder, you will likely be eligible for a discount on this upgrade (how much of a discount I can't say without your license information).
