Print in color is not possible
when i change the printer in der previous window to my color-capable DIN A3 printer, the previous window show the pages only as gray page. If i change the print mode from black/white to color (4 color (CMYP)) the previous window change it not to color, the printed page is it too. When i change the printer to an not color-campable printer, the window show the page in color. What can be the problem?

thanks for the post. This is a little strange, it should work the opposite way, showing colour capable previews on colour capable printers and monochrome for non-colour capable printers.
This is with a B/W laser printer:

This with a colour Laser Printer:

If I understand you correctly you are seeing and printing the opposite? What does it show if you select PDF-XChange as the Printer? It is colour capable and should show a colour page preview and also print in colour of course.
Can you confirm that you are running the most recent version of the Viewer? The current build is 201. If not please update it and get back to us.

When i change to the PDF-XChange Printer, the previous is in color, when i change it back to my color printer, i see it in gray, so you can see it in the attached pdf file with the screenshot. Its so crasy

OK - since it does display as colour for the PDF-Xchange printer this implies to me that the issue is specifically related to the way PDF-XChange is 'talking' to your printer driver. Since you have updated the Viewer to the current version the next place to look is the printer's driver itself. Can you please go to the manufacturer's web site for the color-capable DIN A3 printer and see if there ins an updated driver. If there is please update and use that then test again.
If you still see the issue with then the latest driver and Viewer we need to recreate the issue here. In order to do that we need your system environment detail (Help --> Report a Problem --> Cross reference this email ) and access to the driver version you are using for the printer. Most of the colorprinters (and I suppose it is an all-in-one printer that you are using) can also "print in grayscale".
You never now, can it be possible that this "Print in grayscale" setting is actually actif in your colorprinter's settings when you do a print from within PDF-XChange Viewer ?

Good point Willy,
have you checked that in the printing dialogue in the Viewer? There is a check box in the 'Print Options' section of that dialogue with a check box.

Then please check both the Viewer and your printer's preferences to ensure that neither of them is set up to greyscale printing, and then send us a link to the actual drivers that you have installed for your device, so that we can try to reproduce the problem.

Can we please set up a TeamViewer session to allow us to remote login to your client PC and print to your preint server so we can view all the used settings and try and locate the cause of the issue.
If so - please let us know and we will advise how to set up a TeamViewer temporary session for this purpose.
Also - any chance you could attach a sample PDF file that you're trying to output (as small as possible and 'Zipped') so we can locally review.

That will allow us to try and reproduce this and if we manage - to also search for a fix.

I cannot reproduce the issue on Windows 8 x64 and on Windows XP x86.
As I see mentioned driver is the universal driver for a wide range of printers. Can anyone let me know about exact model of the printer used?
I cannot use Universal Printing System (UTAX\TA) because of lack of real physical printer required by this system.

its a lan printer with fix ip .
Printer model :KYOCERA TASKALFA3050CI
Windows xp 32 bit or 7 32 bit.
There is no problem with the universal driver for this printer.
but we have to use secure print so we have to use KX driver....

Just a quick update. My colleagues were unable to reproduce the problem so they might need to prepare a debug build and we will then need you to run that locally at your end to allow us to obtain some futher information. I will post here when I have the debug build ready for you. Is the e-mail in your signature a valid one to which I could send additional instructions?

Since I cannot reproduce the problem I would like to send debug version of the editor to anyone who can reproduce it and can send me back the output from Debug View utility (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysi ... s/bb896647). We have news here: The problem appears only if the Printer is not configured on the print-server to print standard in colour! Changes on the Client before printing have no effect. It seems, the configuration from the print-server is not changeable für xchange viewer.
So we installed our printers twice with configuration to print Std. in colour.

Build 316 of the Editor will have an additional entry "Color" in Print -> Advanced -> Color Override option.
When it is selected, Editor will always print in color ignoring what printer reports about color support.
