No printer available

I bought my licence in November 2011 (starts with PVP20) and it worked fine all the time. Currently on maintenance plan. Now my old PC broke down, I had to buy a new PC (Win7/64). After installing the product (and entering my license), there is no PDF printer any more in order to print from other applications. I read here, uninstalled/reinstalled, ... even the installer which you put via link into my invoice at that time ... problem remains. With some other installer package from your site I got a "Pdfviewer 2012 printer" but it put watermarks on printed pages (apparently did not recognize my license although I carefully added/checked it several times, so I uninstalled that too. Running out of time now and into problems because I urgently need to finish jobs. What can I do?

Hi Tim,

the license you have for the Viewer will also unlock the Lite printer, but you need to get the right installer for the key. If you send your serial key for the Viewer to support@tracker-softwate.com by email we will validate the key and send repair instructions.

Basically you want to uninstall, rung this installer for the Lite Printer and when prompted check the box to download and install the Viewer also. This way you enter the serial key one in the Lite installer, it set that up as well as the Viewer - both licensed if done this way.

Hope that helps - Do NOT post your serial key on this forum or it will have to be blocked. If you send it to us please use email only.
