Hi, my team is having weird problem when printing to PDF-XChange 4 or PDF-XChange 5 (both the latest build) with one of the graph created by our software, the progress bar stays up and appears to hang after print dialog dismissed and the control is back to our software.
Attached please find the installer for our software, and here is the steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run SA_Setup.exe to install the software, it comes with 15-day trial license.
2. Switch to installed directory, run style.exe.
3. Select menu "File|Open" and choose "success.zsax" (included in the attached .zip file).
4. Once the workbook is open and graph shown, select "File|Print" and print to the installed PDF-XChange driver.
5. The PDF file should be generated and everything looks ok.
6. Now repeat above steps but choose "failed.zsax" (included in the attached .zip file) this time, the pdfSaver4.exe stuck in progress dialog.
It appears this problem only happens on Windows Server 2003/32bit or Windows XP/32bit, not any other platform. I don't know at this point if it's our software or PDF-XChange causes the problem but any help to diagnosis the cause will be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead!

I managed to reproduce the problem, but I must say that I suspect this to be an issue at your end. I tested with both our V4 and V5 drivers and both were "hanging" at the "spooling" stage. This is when they are receiving data from the printing application and it seems like for your "failed" file yours is sending none towards the drivers.
I tested with MS XPS and MS Document Image wreited virtual printers - and could not get any results from them either - so to say once again - it seems like your own app has problems with that file and simply doesn't send the needed info to the printers.
