How do I cancel this purchase?

I bought this because the newsletter I created and needed to turn into a PDF came up with the circle logos for this company on every page - 'click to buy' - so I bought it and these are still appearing on my newsletter pages! All I want to be able to do is create a PDF from Microsoft Publisher. Nothing on this site tells me how to do this without having those 'click to buy' logos. Help please, my newsletter needs to be published this week.
