Re: possible to print automatically?
Hello Jörg,
Welcome to our forums. You can directly "print" to the default printer with the default Viewer settings using command line commands:
/print[:[default=yes|no][&showui=yes|no][&printer=<printername>][&pages=<pagesrange>]]
/printto[:[default=yes|no][&showui=yes|no][&pages=<pagesrange>]] <printername>
More info on command line options can be found here.
Regards,
Stefan

Hi Jörg,
I am afraid that this command line printing option was never intended to be too sophisticated, so can you try to e.g. call the printing of the same file twice in succession?

Stefan

May You tell me the exact parameters?
I want to print automatically a pdf document (*.pdf?, appendix in my mail-client) with my standard printer.
Thanks for your fast helping!

Re: possible to print automatically?
Hi Jörg,
I believe I've supplied those above, and further details can be found in this link,
And here's a direct sample for a command line string:
PDFXCView.exe /print:showui=yes c:\mydocument.pdf

Sorry.... but I have the problem, that the software open an empty document without printing.Tracker Supp-Stefan wrote:Hi Jörg,

Re: possible to print automatically?
Hi bildGRAV,
if you will excuse my asking, if the attachment is a PDF why are you printing it to PDF again? Can you not simply save the PDF? Reprinting a PDF to PDF is never really a good idea, it can significantly alter the original because the Windows Print subsystem will strip out anything that is not relevant to paper.
