Unable to extract integrated font

In PDF Xchange Viewer 2.5.215 I add text (textbox or typewriter) to an pdf-file.
When opening the changed pdf-file in Adobe Reader XI I get the error message that the integrated font "ANLSUB+TimesNewRomanPSMT" can not be extracted. The prefix of the font name is not the same each time.

What might be the problem?

The original error message (in Danish):
"Kan ikke udtrække den integrerede skrifttype 'ANLSUB+TimesNewRomanPSMT'.
Visse tegn vises eller udskrifes muligvis ikke korrekt."

Here is an example where the fonttype not found is "OVNXJB+ArialMT". I added textbox with fonttype "Arial".

we have been unable to reproduce the issue here when trying the same changes, yet we do see the same error message. The development team are looking into this now and we hope to have a better idea of what is happening in a few days.
