Registration issue

Hi,

I am a registered user of your products. Though not a frequent user of printing to a PDF, I do like this feature. Today, I 'printed' a web page, and it appeared as if unregistered - please see the attached screen shot.

I have reinstalled the printer (without first uninstalling) with no effect. My registration details are present and correct in both PDF-XChange Viewer and the printer driver AFAICT. How can I get my printouts to be as if registered? Do you have any idea what has caused the issue? I have never seen those 'stars' before.

Hello Dr Teeth,

Please write to support@pdf-xchange.com with your order number or license key, and we will check the key and reply back. If you can also supply a sample PDF file with the "DEMO" stamps in it as from that we can see which of our printing drivers you used (the Lite or Standard).

Please DO NOT post any license info here in the forums.

Hi Stefan,

I have sent screen shots of the registration onto for PDF-XChange viewer and the virtual printer. A copy of the PDF was also attached.

I got your email, thanks for the details. I do recall getting a new key, but I did not recall there being any mention of the two other products' registration being 'broken'. I reckon that could be a 'senior moment' on my part :roll: .
