Problem with PDF-XChange 5 PRO: Demo

Hi

I have purchasing PDF-XChange 5 PRO with valid serial number but when I use Pdf Xchange Tool 4, the image have "DEMO" logo. How solve this problem?

The problem is back!! when i convert a word or IE doc. I have always demo logo!! I have unistall and then reinstall, but nothing.
