Cannot find tracking frame on thumbnails

In the previous version (4), when scrolling through pages in the main window, a red frame used to scroll through the thumbnails, showing exactly the position in the entire file . This was very useful and working without it is cumbersome indeed. However, it seems that in version 5, pages must be selected independently in the main window and in the thumbnails window . And then, in the thumbnail window, only the entire page is highlighted and not just the section of the page that is visible in the main window .
I have searched the settings for a few weeks now, but can't find a way to restore this indispensable functionality. Of course, it is possible that a settings possibility exists, but that I do not recognise or understand it.

Could someone point me in the right direction, please?

Indeed the "tracking frame" you are referring to is not yet available in the Editor. I will now check with the interface designers to see if/when it is planned to be available in the Editor.
