Is there a conflict between PDFX 4 and Acrobat 11?

We're not saying there is a PDFX 4 problem, but we have just been told of a problem by a customer. He runs our program (which uses PDFX 4 build 165 ... yes not the latest I know...) and it just sits there - does nothing...
I mention Acrobat 11 because he just installed that on his PC, and it may have had an adverse effect - but that's just conjecture at this point.

No other customers have reported an issue (yet). So this is really a cry in the wilderness - is anybody else seeing this issue?

We have not been able to repeat his issue here, so we're going to put in debug logs to try and nail the exact events. If we find something useful, I will update this to share so it might benefit others.

There are no conflicts between ours and Adobe's products that we are aware of so this is unlikely the cause.
But the latest build is currently 214.2 for our V4 products and 273.2 for the V5, so please do make sure to update the version of our dlls you are distributing and ask your customer to try again:
