Problem with Physical printer

Hello Support,

We have an issue reported by one of our client. When he prints a document from PDF Viewer to a Physical printer the output document shows huge Vertical streaks only on some of its pages. From adobe output is normal. That makes us believe printers are not causing this. Attached file is a Sample PDF. Please take a look at Vertical streaks. Is this a known issue?

Printer details :
The Lexmark T640, Current Driver is UPD 2.7.1.0 and The Lexmark T652, Current Driver is UPD 2.7.1.0 ptinters.

This is not a known issue - but to play it safe before we investigate in any depth - please ask him to install the latest release and also if this is still an issue please ask him to try the PDF-XChange Editor as an alternative and we can then discount all options as a preliminary action.

Hello Tracker,

We have updated our VM to the latest build and we are still able to reproduce it. On the same VM we found that changing Scaling Type from "Fit to printer margins" to "None" fixes this issue. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks for the post - could you please download and try the Editor and see if that helps, as the Editor's printing engine has been entirely rewritten and is generally far better:

We are still able to recreate this issue. Here is the sample file that requested. We would like to get this issue fixed as soon as possible.

Here is some more information on how to recreate this issue :

->  Occurs only when printing the page has to be scaled to fit.

Thank you for the post. We are unable to reproduce the issue here using our printers. Could you please specify exactly want printer you are using?
