Is Tracker Company still running?

Hello,

I am a paid user of PDF-XChange viewer, and I am very satisfied with the 307.2 version of Editor.

However there hasn’t been any update for consecutive 3 months. Is the company still in good financial standing? Or has any key programmer left?

LOL - so what will you do when Adobe or MS doesn't issue an update for 3 months ? Write to the wall street journal ?

An update is imminent - the only hold up is that one of the many additions/changes/fixes is a totally new serial number format which has required extensive reprogramming of our web site 'backend' to ensure that the correct serial number format is generated, issued and allows user's with valid existing maintenance to install the new updates of all eligible products they own - 100% automatically - whilst informing those without maintenance of the status of their products and give them a chance to 'backout' of the update without over writing their existing and working versions (otherwise it will revert to trial mode) and then offering an option to update their maintenance online.

All the hard work is done to the products for updates and the web site and we will be testing this out the early part of this week to ensure all works as it should and can handle a significant spike in traffic as we expect larger than normal traffic during this update.

If all goes to plan the release will then take place in the 2nd half of the week. All current products will be updated in terms of version numbers for our end user clients with the exception of PDF-Tools to version 5.5.308 - including the Editor to align the version numbers for future releases.

You may notice our site go into 'Maintenance mode' for a few hours here and there during the early part of this week - not because we have gone broke or are in financial trouble - but because we will be testing prior to the updates.
