Side-Count of printing will not be resetted on next document

Hi there,

we run PDF-XChange since 3 weeks in a bigger environment. All users were sick of foxit-reader and now with PDF-XChange all of them
are satisfied with the new PDF-Tool.

But only one thing is a little bit nerved:

When users print a count of sides of a large document (for example side 3-6 of 23), close the document open another one the setting
3-6 is still set and they have to switch back to print all.

Anything else works very fine !!! Thank you for a real good tool and all your replies

Can you please go to Help -> About and let us know the build you have installed?
With the current latest the "print which pages" option should default to "All".

Hi

thank you for your fast reply. We are using:

3.0 Build 307.2

By first start "All pages" is set, but any change in die count-settings will be stored
in the profile. Also a logoff and relogin on the system will have the side-count not
reset to "all"

Is this fixed in a new version ?

Hi Jens,

Well - if you have entered e.g. 3-5 as a custom page range to be printed - that will be remembered in the field even with build 308.2 (the current latest), but when you try to print a new document the option selected by default will be "All" pages.
So yes it is improved in build 308.2 and I would recommend you to give it a try with a few users:
