Update 308 to 309: Licence key requiired

Some weeks ago I updated to build 308 and entered my new licence key. Now I tried to update to 309, and it asks again for the key. Usually a valid key is the default while updating ...

Bug or feature?

Hi Peter,

That's strange - I'd actually noticed that the installer did acknowledge the presence of a valid serial key when I updated, when none of the 308 builds seemed to previously. If you proceed through installation with the 'Free Version' option, does the program function as licensed?

maybe it is a language problem? I used German.

Yes.
Strange - the licence dialogue did know all my other data (name, company), but not the key. Installing as "Free Version" kept the licence :?: :?:

Have you specified your license key for build 308 during installation, or later in the application?

I'm not sure, but I believe it was during installation.

Can you please check if in your registry there are the following keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tracker Software\Vault
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Tracker Software\Vault
and do they have any subkeys ?
