My problem is : I have a pdf file with hyperlinks and comments+markups. Now, I want to replace the pages of this original document with a similar document but without losing the markups/hyperlinks of the original document (makes sense?)
What is happening right now : The pages are getting replaced but all of my original hyperlinks and markups gets erased even though I select "Do not copy" in all three relevant fields in the replace dialougue box.
Is there a solution/work-around for this problem?
Replacing pages keeping original comments intact

Hi Suhel,
Thanks for the post - this isn't currently possible, but there is a request out for this and it's something that we hope to implement in the future.
