Sometimes I send a PDF and the recipient states that they cannot open it. They get error code:

"An error occurred during opening the document from the file" "Error PXCLib: Required value not found".

Hi Morrislaw1,

Thanks for the post - this is because the document has been broken. This is fairly common when downloading files, or sending them via email, due to data loss. I would suggest wrapping the file in a ZIP folder when sending and you should see that this stops happening.

Thank you for the post. To zip a file, right click-->Send to…-->Zip
