Find Dialog and Keyboard usage

I prefere to use keyboard for working with PDFs.
How to escape from Find-Dialog?

Scrolling through a document with keyboard using PgUp, PgDn, left, right....
Start searching a text (Strg+F) ... typing text .. Enter (First Hit)... F3 (netxt hit)... F3...

Now I found the correct location and want to return to page navigation (PgUp, PgDn,....)

Which Key-Sequence ?

1.) Ctrl+A used for "Select All" as well as "Select Page" .. is it context sensitive ?
2.) Ctrl+F+F used to "Find selected Text" (How do double-press F - or press it heavyly?)
3.) CTRL+ALT+F is listed qwith same meaning as above...

Non of 2.) or 3.) worked for me in 5.5. 309

I also ran into that problem. Escape doesn't work. The only way that I found so far was Tab, Tab, Tab, Tab, Enter.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the posts - I've also noticed similar issues with keyboard shortcuts and am hoping to have a meeting to address this (and hopefully other) issue(s) today.

This has been noted and I will post back if/when a ticket is created for this problem.

To address your questions, if a shortcut like Strg + F + F is listed, this simply means that the keys (in this case an 'F') need to be pressed in rapid succession, with the Strg (Ctrl) key still held down.

Also, do note that many keyboard shortcuts are context sensitive and depend on what pane/tool/object is active. Strg (Ctrl ) + A is one of example.
