Good day,
We are constantly missing a feature which would allow to duplicate a page (or several pages) in the same document.
This is useful inter alia for "2 per page" printing of multiple copies of same document (e.g. when printing multiple copies of same document in A5 format on A4 paper). Also useful when compiling a document with multiple copies of same page (e.g. a customized notebook).
Current workaround is to extract the page(s) to a new tab, then drag them back to the original document - quite cumbersome.
Requested feature: a new right-click / "Document" menu option - "Duplicate selected page(s)..." - possibly with ability to specify number of copies.
Thank you!
Feature request: "Duplicate selected page(s)"

Re: Feature request: "Duplicate selected page(s)"
Hello Epsu!
Welcome to our forums.
You have posted in our Viewer forums, but please consider using the Editor instead as this is the newer product that succeeds the Viewer:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/pdf-xchange-editor
With the Editor you can select one or more pages in the thumbnails View (Ctrl-T), and while selected press and hold down the Ctrl key. Now you can drag a copy of the selected page(s) to a new location inside the same document and this will duplicate them.
If you need such page duplication just for printing purposes - it might be easier/faster if you just use the correct printing settings.
If printing "multiple pages per sheet" - you can type in the pages range e.g. 1, 1, 2, 2 and this will print two copies of page 1 and two copies of page 2 - please check the attached file.
Regards,
Stefan

Re: Feature request: "Duplicate selected page(s)"
Dear Stefan,
Thanks for:
a) the pointer to your "Editor" product. It wouldn't have come to our mind to use that one since we don't need "Editing" per se, although I suppose on second thought it fits our needs - we'll check it out;
b) the tip to printing multiple pages by entering the page numbers - we obviously hadn't thought of that;
c) finally, the blazingly fast reply!
Best regards,

Re: Feature request: "Duplicate selected page(s)"
Hello Sergei,
Pleasure to assist!
The Editor is the successor of the Viewer - so if you have a license you might be able to get it upgraded to an editor one for free or with a discount, and if you are considering purchasing a new license (the page manipulations is a paid feature) - it will be valid for both the Viewer and Editor at the same time.
Kind Regards,
Stefan
