File with Padef signature change file opening it

In attachment there is a file which inglobas a valid Padef Signature. I can open it without problems with the latest version of PDF Xchange Viewer (Build 311.0) but the file is changed by PDF Xchange, so the user will be asked to save it - of course losing the signature.
With the same file we had also problems with PDF XChange Editor (it tried to access a smart card opening the file) but these problems were resolved installing the latest version of PDF Xchange Editor.

not really. I attach an image, when I open the file (attached in my first post) with PDF Xchange Viewer it is immediatly changed (without user input). As you see, there is an astrix after the name of the file - that is the problem.

Hello SABESOFT,

Thank you for the post and for the clarification. This seems to be a bug in the Viewer. The Viewer is no longer under development as it has been replaced by the Editor. I will pass this along to the Dev team, however this will likely remain the case.
