Hello, sorry for posting this here but I wouldn't know where else ...
I wanted to mail to Upgrades@tracker-software.com but couldn't accomplish it, got a failure message reply saying
"The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk."
Re tried it several times, changed the subject, character case - but no success.
What might be the issue? Any ideas?

This is in fact an 'alias' address and should be forwarded to support@pdf-xchange.com - so I would suggest you bypass this and email us direct @ the support address given.
