Can't run pdf exchange viewer after installation

after installing i got these error messages (see below).
it ist not possible to run the prorgam.

what is to do? thanks for help.

Can you let us know what type of CPU do you have on your machine?

it's an AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2200+ with 1800mhz.
it's the same problem with the exchange editor.
i've got the error messages when the installation process had finished, respectively when i tried to run the program
