We find that some scanned PDF files can be viewed in electronic formats but printing blank in following situation:
- printing pdf files through TS/Citrix based on Windows Server 2008 using the Terminal Services Easy Print Driver
Printing the file from Adobe Reader and other software doesn’t have the problem.
We also find out several work around to avoid this problem:
1. Select the Print as Images option.
2. Change the resolution under printer properties from 600 dpi to 300 dpi.
3. Scanning the documents at a low resolution may also avoid the issue.
Here attached the PDF files (alex.rar) that have the problem. Please take a look at this issue and let us know whether it was a known issue with the PDF-XChange product.

Hello roverzhong,
Thanks for your post and welcome to our forums.
You have posted in the Viewer section of the forums, and the Viewer is now replaced by the Editor - so can you please download and try printing the same files through the Editor?
Also please make sure you have the latest builds of both products (you didn't specify which build you are currently using), as this could be a problem from an older build that is already fixed.
Regards,
Stefan

Re: PDF can be viewed in electronic formats but printing bla
Hello Stefan,
Thanks for the quick response!
Sorry I didn't give enough information about the problem I met. The problem was not related to the applications - Viewer or Editor, actually it was reported by our customer when using our own product. The PDFXChange is acting as our 3rd party control, the binary we used is "AxInterop.PDFXCviewAxLib.dll", and its version is 1.0.0.0.
Maybe I should post this into another forum section.
Regards

Can you try to add your printer into exclusion list as described here and check if that helps?
