Forms Printing - Field Presense set to "Screen and Print"

I have a form that I fill in every day. There are "dynamic text entry fields" and "static text labels" that are next to them so that I know what data is being entered. There are also text fields that I changed their field presence to "Screen and Print." So when I print this form onto a pre-printed document I only want the text entries I entered in, and the text fields that are set to "Screen and Print" to print out. However no matter what print options I choose, (Document/Markup/Stamp/Form Field) none of the options allow me to print only the manually entered text data along with the fields that are set to Print only.

There are really only two options that seem to work. Either print everything,(Document and Form Field Data) or simply print the Form Field data. This worked fine in Adobe Reader and stopped working when I switched to PDF XChange Viewer.

We are running the latest version of PDF XChange Viewer.

I would like the "Form Field Data only" option to include the ability to print items that are set to print. Or find some other option to print those Static text fields.

And, what about the idea to transform the text that should not be printed, into "comment" text boxes ?

I don't believe that this is possible, as annotations and form fields are extremely different. Form fields are essentially created using a JavaScript, so I don't think that the two 'translate' in a way as to allow this.

If I understand the question correctly, there is a need for three types of text in the PDF:
- form fields - that should be printed
- base content text - that should be printed
- annotation text - that should NOT be printed

So, what I meant to say was, that Sarstedt-NA may think about replacing his text that must be sometimes printed, and sometimes not, by comment/annotation text.

When printing, he can switch between print "Document and Markups" or only print the "Document" without comments/annotations.
