Version 6 seems to have lost the option to convert PDF to .RTF/.DOC/.TXT that was an option available in PDF-Tools V4 is this deliberate or an oversight?

Our developers are still working on this feature. As soon as it is ready - it will be implemented in PDF Tools 6.
